About Us

Eleven Pop Up in downtown Royal Oak is a professional art studio: a bright, clean, eclectic, welcoming space offering hands-on creative experiences for kids, families, and adults.

We're home to Easel & Wheel Art Space for adults, but also offer unique kids’ art lessons, summer camps, birthday parties & homeschooling sessions.

Our adult programming through Easel & Wheel Art Space is purposefully distinct from our kids’ offerings. Classes like Late Night Date Night are held during separate hours to offer a unique place to create.

We also have curated retail sales events featuring local professional art and space rental.

One cozy studio, many creative experiences — all designed to be fun, approachable, and unforgettable.

*Eleven Pop Up is artist/women owned and not a corporation. Every class, camp, and creative experience is thoughtfully designed with real studio practice, joyful teaching, and a belief that art should feel beautiful, approachable, fun and rewarding.*

What do our clients say?

"My children attended a clay class at Eleven Kids. The instructor was patient, friendly, creative and engages well with kids of all ages. It was a well-prepared environment, and very welcoming. My kids were very proud of their work and couldn't stop talking about the fun they had." - Amanda D.

Shealyn N.

"The instructor not only was incredibly knowledgeable, she guided us through each step, making it easy to create something beautiful. She gave helpful tips when needed and lots of encouragement and patience. The  whole experience was absolutely amazing and incredibly inspiring."

Kendal A.

"Taking pottery classes with Carrie was not only a fun, silly experience (courtesy of the host herself), but also an opportunity to create art that brings me joy in every day life. Carrie is patient, kind and an expert at what she does! I can't wait to attend another class."

Kendal A.
